Jeremiah Patton
Business Development Director
Founded in 2013, with a vision of construction & property management.
Jeremiah is an entrepreneur at heart, with multiple business operational success stories. Over the past 16+ years he has started, bought, and sold several businesses in and around Texas & Arizona. Jeremiah's unique stylistic approach created multiple opportunities in these markets, which have all come with profitable success.
With identifying potential properties, ARV is just as important as rehab budgeting and scheduling. These items are the focus of any Fix & Flip, Residential Rehab, or General Contracting project. All of which are key strengths in achieving the longterm company goals for DEA Ventures LLC.
No slowing down in sight, Jeremiah took DEA Ventures LLC to new heights by their expansion into the Arizona marketplace in 2019. With his residential general contracting, commercial construction management, and property management skills, he has positioned DEA Ventures LLC for continued success in the following locations Texas, Arizona, & Florida.
Chrysan Patton
Chief Design Officer
Chrysan began her finance career upon graduating from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Management, 1995. She entered the loan origination industry at a small branch of a large nationwide lender. Within the next decade, she would go on to become the company’s top producer, where she quickly excelled to become the Branch Manager. She received accolades appearing in the highly respected “Top Originator” magazine of nationwide Originators.
With over a 23 year background in the mortgage industry, builder division, she brings not only her mortgage experience, but also interior design. Her talent ranges from assessing a space and seeing exactly what it needs, this includes removing a wall or adding a pop of color.
Chrysan used her entrepreneurial skills to develop an online sales & marketing company, Gemza Enterprises in 2011. She consulted for AdSouth, Inc., HomePath Financial Services, & Digital Development Solutions.
Chrysan's corporate office is located in Scottsdale, Arizona, and she is also a member of GHBA, Greater Houston Builders Association.

DEA Ventures LLC was established in Texas, but has local ties to Arizona & Florida. Business partnerships are the key to success, and DEA Ventures LLC key member, Jeremiah Patton, is a licensed Real Estate agent in the state of Arizona, Georgia, & Florida (pending). Jeremiah brings experience in multiple areas - the Phoenix metro area, DFW area, Sarasota County area. DEA Ventures LLC has multiple contractors and subcontractors lineup to tackle any size project. Our team is highly experienced in identifying and evaluating potential projects, including ARV for fix & flip potential, rental rate and cash flow potential, and BRRRR strategy.
